DDP Women's Day Celebration

Today Cambodia had a holiday for International Women's Day and the Deaf Development Programme had an all-day celebration held at the Catholic Church Student Center.

For today's program, DDP invited Cara, from United Nations Women, to speak to the gathering about the rights of women.

Afternoon activities
Cara was very much at ease with the deaf people and joined a group to introduce herself.

Afternoon activities
In the afternoon, the Phnom Penh field workers had organized various crafts and activities. In the morning there had been some simple skits also.
